What is it? It’s a 15-20 minute phone call where I’m able to get some more details about what you’re looking for in therapy and discuss next steps if you’d like to schedule at this time. There is no obligation associated with the phone call.
How does it help? Therapy relies heavily on rapport between a clinician and client. A phone call allows potential clients to get a feel for a therapist and see if it would be a good fit for them.
Mental health looks different for different people. How symptoms present and impact someone’s life are not always the same for everyone.
Therapy should be tailored to meet you where you’re at on your mental health journey. We all need different things to grow.
